Desk Set from Acrylic Picture Frames and Keep Calm Poster Generator

I absolutely love Tara's 4th Grade Frolics: Monday Made It! Today is my first day off of work and rather than doing a spring cleaning my house gets a summer cleaning. Well, whew! I really needs it. Anyway, I truly wanted to be a part of the Monday Made It fun and thought surely I have something that I made that I can post for today until my housework is done and I can post something that has been calling my name to create :)

So, I went through some photos and found a desk set that I quickly pulled together from  5 X 7 and an 8 x10 acryclic frames. I used Publisher to attach our district calendar and a blank space for the reminders in the 8x10 frame so that an expo marker can be used to write notes. Then on the 5x7 frame I hot glued a sticky note pad. Nothing new or fancy, but it made my intern feel super special when she walked in on her first day to find that I had set up a desk for her with the items. Oh, and by the way, the Keep Calm and Teach On sign was made from at the following website:

Thanks to Tara for setting up the Monday Made It! I can't wait to see what everyone has come up with, but until then I am back to my mess of a house that was neglected this school year ;)
